Officials recorded a 7:50 a.m. 911 call reporting cardiac arrest.  The toxicology report lists: Diphenhydramine (antihistamine) Cetirizine (antihistamine) Ethanol (alcohol) Amphetamine (often associated with ADHD treatment) The combination proved lethal.

Born: September 21, 1969, in Cazenovia, New York Burrell studied English & Communications at Canisius College before earning her A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in 1996.  She rose to fame after working as Mario Batali’s sous chef on Iron Chef America (2005) and later hosted Secrets of a Restaurant Chef (began 2008).  Starting in 2010, she became the fiery mentor on 27 seasons of Worst Cooks in America — known for her tough-love teaching style and signature platinum hair.
